So much potential for the cloud based…
There is so much potential in the cloud based version, and it is without doubt far easier than having to install updates across our entire network. But blimey, there are so many parts that just do not work properly. Some features perform worse than they do on the desktop version, and others are simply missing altogether. To be fair, the support team are genuinely helpful when you speak with them, but the sales side of things lets it down. They make promises that the support and development teams cannot deliver on, and without any proper system for logging and tracking support tickets, the whole experience starts to fall apart.
