Acuity is the only digital solution you'll need when setting up appointments at your venue. At our Botanical Garden, we use them for self-guided tours booking and workshop signups. We never got any complaints from our website visitors, and any small problem that comes up usually gets solved quite quickly with the help from their support team.

Using Acuity outside of Squarespace is not intuitive or easy, which is why we needed to contact Acuity directly. This took a while. After a few days, we received several replies (from different people!) who gave technical advice in lay terms we could understand and take action accordingly. The information was accurate and effective. The only way this could have been better would have been if there had been a person in a call centre we could talk to in person, rather than an email chain.

Poor service, poor response. I've been paying for this garbage for months, waiting for their IT to fix a simple but important phone verification. They don't seem to care and not communicating. For months.

No help with resolving my issue. Still no confirmation email. With no explantation of why I randomly stopped receiving them after appointment booking.

Been using Acuity for a few years. It's great for managing clients and appointments with a lot of helpful features. Great value for everything it includes. Fast and easy resolution if I have an issue.
