It's quick and somewhat easy enough to setup, but...

It's quick and easy enough to setup, however... It constantly boots you out (browser and mobile app), even when you are actively in-app... I have been to support about this numerous, they are aware and said they're going to fix it. Some days/weeks are worse than others. The login page is crap, it asks you to essentially login twice. There's no flexibility with a lot of things, for example lets say you hire out basketball courts, you CANNOT set it so that the user just selects the date and time and the app decides on the Basketball Court available for said time.... This, to me, is utterly ridiculous. Again, support didn't see why I would need or want this feature, they think that my customers should go on a fishing expedition to find a court that is available rather than just be told the availability - insane. The other thing that is terrible is there is very little theme adjustments, many of the pages don't even allow for you to add your company logo to the pages. The "gift vouchers" are merely a plain white box with some plain text in the middle, no colours, images, logo etc... The list goes on with thing I loathe about it, I wish I did more research before I set my business up around it. I'm going to phase it out.

While we can't guarantee what updates will be made in the future, user feedback is always welcome and taken into account by our developers. We do look at all the feedback we receive, and work on implementing those changes when able. Our system is pretty flexible, but like all software it has its limitations, and for some business models it does not fit like a glove. We know this may not be what you want to hear. Ultimately, our goal is for our customers to be successful, even if that means going with another software.
