This review is about the company's coach Lisa Chan. When I met her, I had just lost my very good first coach after 3 hours of a 6-hours coaching. The reason wasn't disclosed to me. It was quite jarring, especially because when I was told the news, not a single word of apology was given, as if changing the coach had no impact on me. First, I thought that I couldn't just continue with another coach as if nothing happened and considered ending the program. After intense considerations, I decided to try continuing and wrote a letter to Adam asking for one more hour, because the new coach had to come to know me first. I was granted the hour.
Lisa Chan handled the difficult situation with great sensitivity and deserves 5 stars. Her kind and empathetic nature soon helped me regain trust. The worksheets she gave me were always spot on.
In the end, the coaching turned out to be a great success. Thank you, Lisa and the other coach who seems to be no longer in the company. I could overcome my quiet disorganized style and now live in the most fulfilling, truly intimate relationship of my life.

Hi Christiane,
I am thrilled to hear that coaching turned out to be successful for you, and that Lisa was such a tremendous help. She is indeed very kind and empathetic. Glad that she came through for you and gave you what you were looking for.
Regarding the change partway through, I understand it can be jarring to have a sudden change happen like that. It can also be frustrating when the reason cannot be given. Thank you for staying with the program, for reaching out and being direct with me about what you needed, and for continuing to invest in yourself rather than giving up. I hope your incredible new relationship blossoms for many years to come.

Quickly Transformed Anxious-Avoidant Relationship
Ladies with anxious or disorganized attachement style, this is for you. I first learned about attachment styles about a decade ago after having left a severely-traumatizing marriage and realizing that I needed to slow down and do some deep healing work. At that time, I encountered the "either anxious OR avoidant" dichotomy and determined that I was more anxiously-attached than avoidant. A couple of years later, feeling solid and secure, I decided that I was ready to open my life to a partner. I met a good man who demonstrated none of the deal-breaking red flags for which I was screening, but right away, it was clear that he was avoidantly-attached. I felt discomfort in recognizing the anxious-avoidant dance as it began, but this man's character, transparency, and precious heart made me want to give him a chance. I spoke with the trauma therapist I'd seen and he encouraged me to stick with the relationship and see if my mostly-secure attachment might eventually help my new partner to feel more secure as well. The dance went on and on for more than 6 years. Even though I was mindful about not triggering my partner's avoidance, I managed to do so continually. We were mostly happy, but the conflicts were too frequent and my nervous system was triggered into fight-flight mode so often that I was feeling anxious and unwell much of the time. I'd been watching Adam's content on YouTube for a couple of years to try and learn more about how to manage interactions with an avoidant man and they'd helped, but I was verging on crisis and on the fence about whether to continue or leave the relationship while also recognizing that some of the conflict was the result of my triggered attachment wounds. I was not entirely comfortable with the cost of the program, but my options were 1) Spend the money to get the help I need to heal my own attachment wounds and learn the skills to relate well to my partner, or 2) Spend the same amount of money on renting my own space, likely ending the relationship and just living with the attachment wounds as they were. Obviously I chose the first option and just two months into the six-month program, life is so much easier and happier. Alyssa is my coach and she has been absolutely amazing. In our first session, she determined that my attachment style is actually 'disorganized' rather than anxious, which was eye-opening for me and provided a new lens through which I now analyze my own responses to triggers. Alyssa listens intently and offers a constructive suggestion for every concern. I needed the words -- nuanced to soothe rather than trigger my partner's wounds -- and I needed advice for how to get out from underneath the pressures of feeling like I carry the entire burden of healing in the relationship. Alyssa has given me both and more. Literally after one coaching session, I saw and felt a difference in the relationship dynamic. Week-to-week, we're building on previously-learned skills and truly, 8 weeks in, I am astounded that this relationship was ever in crisis. My partner clearly feels safer and more at ease with and around me, and he's solidly in his protective, providing, masculine energy so that I can relax and walk softly in the feminine. I'm so glad I decided to give this program a try and look forward to continuing to learn and grow, both individually and hand-in-hand with my partner.
My one and only little irritation is that I don't find the group calls useful. The 1-on-1 coaching has been phenomenal but I don't feel like I'm deriving a benefit from listening to others with insecure attachment mull over their issues in a group setting. I wish this program would offer JUST coaching and reduce the price accordingly.

Coaching call with Jeremy
I had already read "Slaying your fear" and done the Attachment bootcamp but was stuck at one of the steps. Instead of (slowly) finding things out on my own, I figured it was better to get some help moving forward faster. Originally, I figured that joining the Attachment circle would be the best move but was informed that that is now defunct. After a call with Lukas, we settled on a coaching session with Jeremy as the best alternative.
I sent him a list of 3-5 goals beforehand, and we were able to get through all of them in the 50-minute session. I got specific straight-to-the-point suggestions for each item. I might eventually have figured things out on my own, but the main goal here was to get things moving again. I feel we accomplished that. The session was done in Zoom.
It was quite expensive (close to Big-law lawyer rate), but you will probably get more out of this than any standard therapy session.
And for the record: This is my first coaching session of any kind, and my first review on Trustpilot. I feel five stars should generally be reserved for those rare exceptional experiences, instead of everyone giving five stars as a default.
Bottom line: This was a good and productive session.

Confusing appointment process
I would have given five stars but the enrollment/appointment process is confusing.
