Luis, the technician who came to my home to bring and educate me on my equipment today, went out of his way to meet my schedule and was extremely professional and polite and knowledgeable.

I have called this company 6 times about being billed an incorrect amount. I asked for a supervisor to call me and they never did. They then sent in an unauthorized charge to my credit card. My calls get disconnected and I have to start all over with another rep. They sent me the wrong size of filters for my CPAP machine and never corrected the problem. I will NEVER deal with them again. Run away from this terrible customer service company.
