The technician Amy was polite, she explained everything and tutored me on my new device setup and made sure I understood my bipap machine. She also explained my supplies and ordering more. My entire experience was helpful, information and delightful.

Worst experience with billing. They billed me, I raised a dispute but they never followed up. They kept calling me everyday for a year regarding billing and not one representative checked my dispute. Even after I spoke to atleast 20 representatives, they did not take any action and instead they sent me to a collections agency. I raised a dispute again. The automatic calls kept continuing with no update on billing. I got fed up and paid. And even after paying, I’m getting calls everyday for unpaid billing because their backend System is not updated with the latest information. So I blocked them today. Ridiculous.
