I saw that the experience that my son had was very positive - he felt supported and "heard" and working with his Coach set up an action plan. My coach helped me put strategies into place so that I can actually get projects I have been putting off started, and I actually get them finished as well. I've been able to increase my productivity and communication in ways that have helped me at work and at home. I don't feel frozen or stuck anymore. I feel like my coach really gets Me. About a year and a half ago I received an email ad from Shanna Pearson’s Expert ADHD Coaching. Being that I have ADHD it caught my attention. I looked at the website and liked the clips of Shanna on TV explaining her program. I reached out to the company and it was quite evident that they "got me". Shanna understood my issues and struggles with focus and completing tasks. I decided to give the coaching a shot and started in February 2018. This is not a canned program; it is tailored to the individual and takes work. I have weekly phone calls with a coach who has unique insight into how I think and act. We focus on specific actions that I need to take as well as new ways of framing my thinking. The program is a process. While I did get some quick results I realized it would take some time to change over forty years of ingrained thinking and habits. However, I've found that I've been able to develop systems to help me work more efficiently and get a better handle on running my business. I set goals and often meet them. I also don't beat myself up as much as I once did - something my coach likes to emphasize. If you've been diagnosed as having ADHD, or are just having trouble focusing and completing tasks, I HIGHLY recommend Shanna Pearson’s Expert ADHD Coaching.

I have had such a great experience with Shanna's program. Like a typical ADHD guy, I had way too many goals without focus and follow through -- at times. I was able to develop and use self-management strategies and even learn some new tools. I'm an experienced clinical psychologist, so that's saying something. Two thumbs up!

Shanna's program really 'understood' me and the daily challenges faced by those with ADHD. I learned concrete habits and methods to be more effective, capable, and happier. It's really a shame to think I used to believe a once monthly 30 minute session with a psychiatrist would help me. Having a program that really specializes in ADHD has been far more effective!

ADHD Coaching has made a tremendous difference for my adult son who has dealt with ADHD inattentive for his entire life. Great coach who really took the time to listen to my needs and then follow through with the support.
