Hey Stuart,
We appreciate you sharing your perspective on the situation, and all feedback has been taken into consideration from the rest of the team.
Now I would like to address your response, as there seems to have been some crucial information that is not present in your review.
In terms of the investment in our program, there is not a second phase $18k program that is required to complete the program. Our main Flagship program covers our entire winning YouTube Ads Strategy, modules to guide you through the initial set-up, and hands-on deep dive coaching to help scale your campaigns. We do offer an elevated program to learn our Omnipresent Strategy, allowing our clients to be present in all faucets of the internet, but is not required in order to complete our program.
In regards to the 10 week limit on the program (you still maintain lifetime access to the workshop), this was both mentioned during your conversation with your Advisor, and in weekly emails sent to you letting you know exactly what week you are on inside the program, what tasks are important to complete in this week, and a message to reach out to us with any possible questions you may have on those tasks so we can assist you. The purpose of our 10 week program is to help our clients create serious momentum to get their account up and running, so they can see success with their YouTube Ads.
Our reviews here on Trustpilot, as well as our testimonials from our clients on our tank page from clients speaks volumes on the coaching, value, and deliverables we bring to our clients here at AdOutreach. We do not associate with the BBB (along with many other companies in our industry for valid reasons), reflecting the reviews you may experience on that platform.
I also want to mention that we truly empathize with you struggling with ADHD, and how lots of content and coaching can seem overwhelming. As someone diagnosed with ADHD myself, I took the extra time to write you a very exact step-by-step process to get you through the entire program from start to finish, including granular details, a customized roadmap starting from where you were currently at in the program, and gave you the links and resources you would need to take your next steps efficiently. I also mentioned how the trainings were click by click, and step by step so even if you had difficulty concentrating, you can rewind back to the part you lost focus, and follow the exact steps with ease (as someone who went through the entire program with an attention deficit disorder, this strategy worked wonders). This response was met with a non-appreciative email, which also was filled with threats of slander on multiple review platforms unless we granted you a refund.
It is important to note that we did provide coaching for you, including an offer strategy call where we went through your entire offer, optimized it, dialed in your messaging, and left on a very positive note. The next contact was a message mentioning you were overwhelmed, and I immediately responded with everything you needed to move forward successfully in the program.
Mentioning that the program was a "fail" is disappointing as after reviewing your total progress, you had only been on an offer call, and made it a part of the way through the first of 7 modules before halting in the program. At the end of the day, we can only show up for those who show up for themselves, and not allowing us to coach you makes it difficult to succeed in any program.
I want to finish off my response with mentioning that you were incredibly pleasant to work with on our call and we were able to create some serious momentum, so it is unfortunate our relationship had come to an end the way it did.
I am certainly open to starting a conversation around coming to a mutually beneficial solution, so I do encourage you to reach out to support and hop on a call that is solutions focused.
Much success to you in the future!
Best,
Noah Friedman
