Wasn’t ready to pull the trigger when discussing refinance with Mark, three months later I try to reach out now that the rates have changed, and he had me BLOCKED. So don’t waste your time.

Avoid this company at all costs they approach you saying they're going to give you a loan and then it turns out they want to do debt restructuring which ends up ruining your credit and possibly not even taking care of your debt. I had talked to two of my credit card companies and they told me they would not do any debt restructuring with me they didn't care who called it was a classic bait and switch they texted me six or eight times and a bunch of phone calls and then when I told the person no he got very rude and argumentative with me so I would not use this company for anything unless you really truly want to destroy your financial future

This company does their OWN blind calling to solicite business. Scott Moses was the person I was transferred to from the initial caller. He seems to have to have zero knowledge why his company is spoofing numbers when asked about it I was hung up on. Thanks Scott, you were awesome! The spoofed number that called me was 772-610-8029. A company that calls from an unsused number doesn't scream scam at all.... I was called by a manager, and l was told that being on the DNC list it is up to the person being called to decline the call. I never asked you to call my personal number.

I personally have no explanation how this happened in your case. Rest assured I personally wouldn't like that happening to me either. But I would also like to let you know that we do not use spoofed numbers to call our clients. But above all we are very sorry, that you were hung up on.
