Local staff are good, but the advertised rebates are basically fraud. AAP will tell you to contact some rebate company that handles the paperwork, and that company refuses to respond. Surely their must be some law firm that could make a class action out of AAP's deceptive practice.

Called for store hours said open till 9. Placed online order drove 20 miles store closed. Sign on door stated closed at 6:30 and yet phone service said open till nine.

This place is awesome .Tim @ the new haven store in Melbourne fl is friendly kind & knowledgeable. He sold & install a new 3 year warranty die hard battery n my truck. Very good work done in a timely manner. Very professional service. He is a funny guy with a Boston accent. Great service. I highly recommend him to help you out. Tested my battery & charging system even after installing new battery to be sure it was good very happy ! Thank you Tim.

The Associates and Assistant Manager were very helpful and respectful of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. The Customer Service was outstanding. I will only go to the Advance Auto Parts in New Carrollton, Store #08009 for all my car needs and questions.

I have been a customer of this Advance Auto Parts location on 4th Street North in St. Petersburg for more than two years, and until today I had generally had a good impression of the store. That changed completely. I first had an extremely unpleasant experience with a young employee who was impatient, arrogant, confrontational, and disrespectful toward me as a customer. I later returned with a written complaint because I expected management to at least listen professionally. Instead, the store manager immediately defended the employee, became disrespectful toward me herself, argued with me, told me that other customers had supposedly heard everything, and ultimately ordered me to leave the store. The whole situation felt less like an attempt to resolve a customer complaint and more like everyone closing ranks against the customer. The comments about other customers supposedly hearing everything came across to me as intimidating rather than helpful. I have spent money at this store for over two years and expected basic courtesy and professionalism. I did not receive either. It is especially disappointing because Scott has always treated me with respect, patience, and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, today's experience completely changed my opinion of this location. I will not return to this store and will take my business elsewhere.

The Painted Post store used to be my goto because of the amazing service I received from Dave. Last 2 times I have been there Dave was not there and the employees were not very helpful but more than that they were very rude. Going forward I will not shop there. There are several more places to go. Sorry Dave.

Went to Warsaw, NY store because my check engine light was on. Emily was fantastic!! She read my codes and told me what part I needed. The part was in stock so I bought it. Managed to replace it and check engine light is now off! Again - Emily is awesome!!
