Can’t review the items as they didn’t even arrive. For some reason it was posted from the U.S. to Australia and I live in the UK. Give them their due, I was issued with a full refund, no problem.

My previous order was shipped on 2/16 with a delivery date of 2/21. Since 2/20 the only status I can get from USPS is 'In Transit, Arriving Late on 2/21'. It is now 2/23 and there has been no progress on this status. I understand once shipped, the delivery is outside of your hands; however, I am concerned now that my order is lost in transit due to the lack of transparency of the USPS.

I went for what looked like a combined deal of the AML pre and post, which came in at $90, stupidly after I had purchased I checked to see what it would come in at just buying them without the “deal” and just with the FREESHIP25, and it came in almost $10 cheaper. I now feel ripped off for the 2nd time, as it had a code before (VET30) for 30% off, and it came in dearer for the same products i get by almost $20. After this, I will look at alternative supplements.

Been using it as directed faithfully and watching calories intake honestly i eat very little to begin with and reason for weight gain was due to few months of strong steroids for skin issue and long story short I am not seeing any difference as of yet with the product. Was truly hoping for better results.

Hi Char, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble losing weight. We always like to remind our customers there's no such thing as a magic pill. The ThermoHeat line is meant to further enhance fat loss when combined with proper diet and exercise. You mentioned you don't eat that much. Perhaps try eating small meals throughout the day to rev up your metabolism. Stick with low carb/low fat foods to keep your blood sugar levels steady. For example, a handful of almonds.

The products are pretty amazing which is why it has 2 stars and not 1! I go off the whole experience which is really poor overall. Mainly due to the fact I waited 22 days from ordering to receiving my order. Granted I live in the UK but this amount of time is ridiculous! I would order again but only to stock up when I'm not in a rush!
