Hi Joseph, It was labeled on your invoice "Post Workout is sold out- refunded". If you are signed up for product alerts, you will be the first to know when it's back in stock.

Wow, do yourself a favor and do not purchase the new dragonfruit flavor of doparush. It smells wonderful. Just like watermelon. But it tastes like…potatoes? It’s so insanely off putting.

It’s been a week and my tracking has been provided and my product hasn’t been shipped. I love all the products but shipping has to be fixed

My supplements came with the box destroyed and one of the items was completely destroyed and powder everywhere. Customer service quickly rectified the issue but asked me what other supplement I would like for the inconvenience and gave two options and they decided to put In whatever they wanted. Otherwise don’t ask the consumer what they would like and just add in a supplement for the inconvenience. Further reviewing my supplements they sent one of the supplements wrong and with the wrong flavor. Customer service rectified the problem which I’m still waiting for but now I’m stuck with something I didn’t want or ordered. First time ordering with the company and was referred by a friend. I also followed the company on Instagram and commented on a post that referenced a supplement I bought and also mentioned my experience with the shipping and my comment was deleted. Not a good look for a first time buyer so we’ll see how the products work if not I’ll just buy locally

Think this is a good product, however the support/delivery has certainly gone backwards since I started with it a few years back. A shame. And to be fair, they spoiled me with one day delivery in the first year. The fact that it now takes 4 to 7 days may be normal, but it wasn't in the past.

Hi Brian, Thank you for your feedback. I see you placed your order on a Sunday (our office is closed on Sundays), and it went out to USPS first thing on Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long a third party carrier takes to deliver, however we have maintained the ability to send out orders within a 24- hour window. I see your order took 3 business days to deliver to you via USPS. I hope that better answers any shipping questions. Please never hesitate to reach out to our customer service department with questions. We are always happy to assist our customers [email protected]

I still haven’t received my order

I was sent a 20% discount code at check out. Tried several times for the code to activate the discount but it never did. This was for a specific product which was the product I was trying to order. I had a previous code and the same thing happened. Just frustrated that a code your sending ends up not being applied. I love the products, but not honoring discount codes that you send regular customers is very frustrating.

I liked the product and wanted to reorder it but your website made it so complicated to try to reorder that I decided not to use your product

Hi Kent, we do try and streamline our checkout experience. May I ask what you had trouble with? I’m happy to deliver this to our team.
