Dear Belinda,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We offer opportunities for individuals to schedule face-to-face meetings to discuss their tax situation and explore available resolution options. During this meeting, we review your information, assess how we can assist you, and provide a fair quote for our services. Since every situation and budget is unique, these in-person consultations allow us to tailor our recommendations and offer you the best possible solution.
Please note that you are under no obligation to proceed with our services after the meeting — you are completely free to explore other options, just as you would in any other industry.
Additionally, I want to clarify that we never outsource any work outside of our firm. We take pride in delivering exceptional service entirely in-house to ensure consistency, quality, and confidentiality. If there was any confusion regarding outsourcing, it may have been with another provider as we do not engage in such practices.
Unrelated to you. it has come to our attention that people are taking financial rewards to give us a low star review. If that is not you, I apologize in advance for this. You can imagine the damage to our otherwise stellar reputation. These reviews are from people who have never used our services. Many of them we have never heard of. Their reviews are bold faced lies. Again, this isn’t personally directed to you.
I am offering a $5,000 reward to the first person who will provide evidence that leads to one of two things.
1) IRS revocation of the person or company’s license to practice before the IRS
2) or Monetary damages paid to us for libel and damage to reputation
AS A BONUS, if we receive $50,000 or more in monetary damages (I have no doubt it will be much more than that), I will increase the reward by $5,000 for a total of $10,000. I’m sure someone will find this is ample consideration for 1 email.
I will offer this person immunity from the libel and damage to reputation that they have done. However, during the court proceedings I will obtain a list of everyone who has been paid, and I will file damage claims individually. You may have given a fake name to us, but their records will have real names. It's just a matter of time.
So, the people who are creating these fake reviews have a choice. You know that someone will sing for a probable $10,000 payment, minimum $5,000 reward. If you remain silent you will be listed in a separate lawsuit and pursued for your individual damages and libel case. If you are not the first one to send me an email, but send it before the suit is filed, then, while I will not offer the reward, I will offer immunity if your testimony is with precision and useful in the case. The reward only goes to the first person with the requisite information for proving the case, but immunity goes to all that have emailed facts that qualify.
To qualify, everything must be written with precision.
With precision it must outline who the contact person was, and the company behind it. It must indicate the form of payment and the amount.
With precision it must show proof that supports the claim.
With precision it must contain all pertinent details of the transaction.
If you want to be the first, be expedient and send an email to [email protected]. Do not call until you have emailed me. Only the email counts as a date stamp for providing the information. The first email that lists with precision the details necessary to start the litigation gets the $5,000/$10,000 reward. If you are not the first you will not get a reward, but it will at least stop your personal exposure to damages as I will offer immunity to anyone who contributes with precision the above requested information. Don’t forget, the court will force them to provide real names. You may as well get the reward.
Again, this ONLY APPLIES to fake reviews. If your review is in good conscious, by all means, you have nothing to worry about. I appreciate your input. Thanks.
