I absolutely love AdvantIDge! Everytime I call my situation gets resolved and any time our printers may have an issue, they are quick to help solve any problems and get us what we need! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the market.
Dear C.
During all the years that 'Mycard' has been doing business with AdvantIDge and particularly Henry Hsu, we have always had positive results with placing orders, receiving confirmations of orders placed, usually same day out going delivery, always the correct items as ordered and never a problem with returns and replacements (although this is a seldom event). THANK YOU FOR BEING SO DEPENDABLE.

Joseph did a great job at repairing our old rusty dinosaur of a printer. He turned it around quickly and it is working perfectly. The rest of the staff including Jessica were very helpful and got me all the new updated software I needed at a good price too. It was a pleasure working with them.

Thanks to Angie who not only helped me with the order, but it was fulfilled very very quickly. After encountering an issue with the order (email related), I was able to call her up and she was on it quick! Thanks!
