We love all of the products we received, the only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time it took to get things figured out prior to ordering. Would have been easier on a phone call but was drug out over emails and almost two weeks went by trying to sort it out due to misunderstandings on both sides through email.

I like the overall interaction/coordination with Adver-T. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that they were late from the time I approved the invoice and getting the shirts shipped. I would have preferred not having to ask on status.

My order was done in timely manner Communication was good. I wish there was free shipping. And shirt quality was just okay. The 8mage of face was pixilled. Over all I was impressed with the. Yes attitude of the company my local shops did not want to help in this project.

I have ordered 4 sets of t-shirts over the last 10 years, and have always been happy with what I got. I will however keep shopping for better prices.

Would've liked a faster response as where the order was far as the processing goes.

Been very pleased over the years

This was the first time we used Adver-T Screen Printing and Embroidery but it won't be our last. They were very attentive and even helped us with some last minute requests and changes. The only growth area I see is that it took awhile for them to go through and approve each step of their ordering process. When we called to follow-up on when our order would be shipped, though, the representative gave us a definite shipping timeline and they fulfilled it, as stated.

Great art, great customer service. Had some bumps on shipping and getting the shirts on time
