The explanation of how the AED is recertified helped me in making the decision to purchase. That, and the fact that it comes with a 4 year guarantee was perfect. It arrived in great shape, and it was cost effective for a small practice like mine. I will definitely refer you to other practices!

The shear value of the Mystery Box AED is amazing! The AED I received is worth significantly more than what I paid. It is, of course, used but in perfect condition (like new) and came with new adult pads and a new battery. It took several weeks to arrive and but was worth the wait!

Thank you so much for your great review! The Mystery Box program is designed to provide customers with access to quality AEDs at an exceptional value, so it's great to hear that it exceeded your expectations. We also appreciate your patience with the delivery timeline. We recently had system upgrades to better serve our customers, which have impacted processing times for some orders. These improvements are expected to create a much smoother experience moving forward, and we're grateful for your understanding during the transition.

I haven't had a chance to use the device.

We understand you haven't had an opportunity to use the device yet, which is something we're actually grateful for, as it means it hasn't been needed in an emergency. If you have any questions about your AED, accessories, maintenance, or training, our team is always happy to help. We appreciate your business!

So I understand that they are going through a system change currently and I knew that my shipment was going to be delayed. However, knowing that I was still unsure of my actual package delivery date. I contacted the company and was met with a wonderful young lady. I explained my predicament in that I was going on vacation and I was concerned about the package getting stolen. I also explained that I am not some huge corporate client. I am simply a Good Samaritan trying to do good things for people. The young lady understood and she put in a request to have my package delivered by the date that I was supposed to leave for vacation. That was yesterday....... Today I got a notification that my package had been sent. What a fantastic company and awesome customer service and as long as I can get the company I work for on board I will definitely be coming back to them for many more purchases and that will definitely be recommending them to others.

I would have expected that if a delay in shipping for my AED replacement pads was necessary, they would have said so straightaway. As it was, I had to email and ask.
Reply from Coro Medical (AED.US)May 21, 2026
We're truly sorry for the inconvenience. While delay notices are posted on our website and included in our confirmation emails, we understand that may not have been enough in this situation and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your experience matters to us and we hope to make it right next time.
