Got the new Hunter Jersey
Got the new Hunter Blaze Orange Wind Armor Jersey on Black Friday and I love it. It is super bright so I stand out on evening rides and it keeps me nice and warm

Great Bib Shorts
I love the All Day Bibs. They fit perfectly and allow me to ride for hours. I have had a few months of riding in them, and no complaints. Shipping was quick.

Old dated designs and bad service
Decades old designs, and then when you tell them their package arrived without a receipt in it, they argue with you that it did. Real smart customer service... And I'm sitting here with a just opened package with my wife. Please go anywhere else, not this company. A good thing would be, go to Amazon with all the cycling equipment that's on there now, and if you belong to Amazon, it's free returns, and you don't have to put up with a bunch of BS like you do with these guys.

Hello. We are sorry that you no longer have the return form that was included with your order. We are not able to ship orders without the return form/packing slip inside since that is what we use to match up your order with the correct postage label. We did send you a link to the return form through email after you requested it so you should be all set. I'm sorry if this impacted your day, but please let us know if you have any questions at all. We're always happy to help. Amazon has a lot of options, but, as I'm sure you know, those come at a cost (quality, reliance on sweatshop manufacturing, reducing customers to nothing more than data to be exploited, causing harm to the communities they operate in, not valuing workers as human beings, etc.). Plus anyone that offers "free returns" just builds that postage cost into the original product cost. So if you don't return something then the company/Amazon just makes some extra money off of you without having to do anything to earn it. We prefer a more transparent approach. Please let us know if there is ever anything we can do to help you. That's what we're here for.

Order 2 jerseys on June 30th 2025
Order 2 jerseys on June 30th 2025. I emailed the company a week later asking about my order. Was informed the printer was down Then in a later email was told there was a problem on the sewing floor. It is now Email them back on July 15th 2025 and was told my last jersey was on the printer and that my orde4 would ship later that afternoon. And guess what...NOPE! NOTHING! I sure they are going to email me back an tell me another excuse. Just make it right

As a domestic manufacturer, occasionally we have interruptions on the production floor and we note this on our website so that everyone is able to have reasonable expectations. These interruptions are rare, of course, but the timing is never ideal since they can cause delays. We are truly sorry that this happened and that your order was delayed by a few days.

Tall and Big rider’s best source in the world
I've been using Aerotech products for the past 4 years, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I am 6'2" and around 300 pounds, and I bought 4 XL cycle jackets and 3 XL padded bike shorts. These items have been through approximately 5000 kilometers of riding, and they still look as good as new. The high-quality material has not faded even after numerous washes, and they've withstood heavy use without any issues. For tall and heavy riders, Aerotech is the best supplier in the world. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend their products.

RETURN POLICY SUCKS

Been using ATD for over a decade!
ATD has some of the best cycling apparel I've ever worn. They're priced fair durable, and I love how ATD always has different styles, inseams, and product features. Their cargo bibs are among my favorite bibs to wear, and they have great big and tall jerseys, too. No matter what size of a cyclist you are, you can find fitting kits from this company. I feel like they make cycling welcome to everyone.
