They reached out after my 1-star review, so I wanted to update... My main issues were with the copy trader. After several incidents, I've decided I won't use it for trade execution. I still plan to use the dashboard for monitoring positions, as I like the layout and functionality. The company contacted me directly after I left my first review and offered to help address the issues. Because of that effort and that I still like aspects of the indicators, I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

For anyone reading, we do provide regular customer support free of charge, including hands-on assistance when needed. In this case, our AI chat assistant incorrectly suggested a premium support option, which is intended for advanced setup services rather than normal product support. We'd also like to note that the version being used was approximately 7 months old. Since then, we've released several major updates with significant improvements to syncing, reliability, and update notifications, making it much easier to stay current with the latest version. We appreciate the feedback and are glad the dashboard continues to provide value. Customer feedback plays a major role in helping us improve both our software and support experience.
