Shipping great! Oils are great! Most of what I ordered didn’t have an ifra.

Thank you so much for your review! We appreciate you! Unfortunately not all vendors provide them but we try to get them for as many fragrances as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This order gave me my first disappointment with the Gentle Fluidity Gold oil. I suspected something was off when the oil was cloudy, but I mixed it with alcohol and let it sit and it smelled weird, and not like the batch I got the first time...something is off

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you are not happy with your oil. We actually have two different versions of this scent both with their own SKU. If you ordered one SKU and then a different one on your next order, that could be the cause of the difference in scent. If you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]. Thank you,
S V.
This time I received a bottle that was slightly opened so I had a lot of leakage within the package. I ordered a perfume Donna in Roma Extradose old version and new version and they smelled like two different perfumes. The old version was pink like the actual perfume and the current version is yellow. The pink smelled more like the actual perfume. I bought versace Noir, did not smell like the perfume at all. I feel like a lot of the scents are very unpredictable.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with the scents. New editions will be slightly different from the Old editions since they are separate oil vendors. While it's unfortunate, we do accept returns within 30 days of products that were not used. We do offer refunds, store credits or replacement of other items with free shipping. Thank you again,

Coupon code that was given didn’t work and customer service couldn’t help They claim to have escalated the meter but I haven’t heard from anyone

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the coupon issue. We do see you were able to apply a $10 coupon to order 219471. If there was another coupon you were speaking of, please let us know. Thank you,
Anmar
I think they should change the minimum purchase amount for free shipping. And although the order took a week, it arrived safely.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We recently raised it to due the rising shipping costs however this is something that will be passed over to upper management. We cannot guarantee that we can change this at this time however. We're happy to hear your order arrived safely.

I love the speed and agility of this company my only fault I see is some of the oils seem a bit diluted and I often buy cases of bottles that sometimes come in with a few broken. Overall, African imports will always be top tier in my book. Great selection of scents and great oil quality

We appreciate your review and your business. We're sorry to hear about some of the oils not being as strong as others and some bottles being broken. You can always contact us when you have these issues and we'd be happy to work out a resolution. Thank you again for your review!

Before placing an order I attempted to reach out to the company (like I did all others) with inquires about samples. I plan on comparing the price, shipping time, customer service, similarity to the actual perfume, as well as the longevity from a few companies before choosing who to give my business to. I initially thought that I misspelled their email address, so I attempted to use it directly from the app... I received an error message both times. so far the customer service aspect isn't looking too good!
