I ordered two carry bags for respiratory therapists that looked great on the site. I got them and the print is smudged and some is impossible to read. I emailed the company and they replied that everything goes through strict review. I emailed them with pictures of the problems and haven't heard anything from them again. Pretty disappointed even more so since these are presents.

I received the two ornament that I ordered this week. Upon opening the package found out both ornaments had the writing on the children’s clothes backwards. One was a cheerleader the other a golfer. After spending around $40. I can’t even give the grandchildren their ornaments. Really disappointed. I would have thought quality control would be on top of things.

Originally I had purchased a set of 3 of the acrylic photo ornaments of my family. These ornaments turned out AMAZING! I loved them so much, that I ordered a 5 piece set of the same photo for the rest of my family. Unfortunately, the second set was done differently than the first set in that this one did not include the bushes that were in the forefront of the photo and partially covered legs and feet. I contacted AGC immediately but they refused to re-do the ornaments for me (although according to their policy they should have). I have tried repeatedly to get the Customer Service people to re-do these but my requests are being ignored and no one is responding. Today I checked out the website section that has examples of what our completed ornaments will look like. One of the photos is of a family with snow in the foreground covering their feet... the snow was included in those photos. So why weren't the bushes included in mine? They were in the first set of ornaments. I don't understand why this company is refusing to re-do the second set of ornaments for me including the bushes in the foreground (instead they "imagined" where my brother's leg would be and cut the photo there). I tried contacting them again a few days ago... and again, have had no response. This is extremely upsetting. This has been going on since I received the order that I placed October 29, 2023. My most recent email to them was Jan. 16, 2024 and to date they have not responded. UPDATE: I received a response but still no mention is made of them re-doing the ornaments. They explained why that happened and that they plan to rectify the issue going forward, but there is no offer to re-do my order. They cost me a lot of money and I feel that, since they recognize the problem, they should offer to re-do my ornaments for me, or refund my money (over $70!). They "imagined" where legs and feet would be and cut it that way which included the part of the bushes covering their legs.. so my brother looks like he has brown & "camoflauge" green leaf pants on. At this point, my review stands and I am extremely dissatisfied with their response.

First, I believe my order was placed in plenty of time to arrive by Christmas, I ordered on December 10, 2023. I was unable to order without the gift box appearing in my order and I was worried about getting them on time so after trying 3 times to just order just the ornaments I gave up and let the darn boxes be included! They added an additional 15.00 to my order and shipping was already 15.00 so I felt I was not going to add more for "faster shipping" because even that looked iffy on delivery. So, they arrived on December 30. What a waste of money on customized gifts that would have been a hit on Christmas. 3 expensive boxes I did not need. Frustrated and quite disappointed. To me, the picture in the ad looked like it was a figurine. To my surprise, it was just a photo copy of the subject on the picture I submitted and adhered to a plastic outline. In my opinion, very small for the price.

The company can step up their delivery during a holiday. The item was shipped out on December 5th and I got it after Christmas. Up until the day I ordered it, I received three emails a day to order from them. And for a week after still received emails to order. The item itself was just ok. I ordered because I received $5 off otherwise, I felt it was too expensive. Maybe my $5 off resulted in a slower shipping.

These ornaments look great on FB. Almost 3-dimensional. In reality … pretty cheap and nothing like this. We received the order today. After opening the third empty giftbox we thought we were tricked. Luckily the ornaments were in the last box. So small all 4 fitted in 1 box. Came in today after 3 weeks. Sender from Hongkong. Not any notion it was from AGC. Or any description what was in it. So when I got a message in the app from our postal services (Netherlands) I didn’t have a clue what was coming. No information in the package. Very weird. So we paid over 100 dollars for 4 very cheap looking ornaments…. Very disappointed.

Shipping very slow. Shipment status not updated. Hate that it comes US mail
