I went into this course knowing nothing about Scrum but passed the exam with 100% thanks to this course. John Miller is a highly interactive, collaborative, and knowledgeable coach. I highly recommend him and learning about Scrum!

Great course. John was a fantastic instructor. Very engaging throughout both sessions. He solicited input from the class and shared his own experiences. Lot's of focus on practical application of conceptual framework into the real-world. I'd definitely recommend this course and John.

John's enthusiasm and ability to build trust quickly made this a phenomenal class. He adapted as needed and encouraged a level of confidence for everyone to engage and learn.

John conducted a very effective Certified ScrumMaster introductory training course. The sessions were highly interactive and very engaging, perfectly managing the allocated time for each session. I very much appreciated the approach of using Miro board for presenting the course material (instead of using PowerPoint slides) and to capture responses from course attendees on each exercise. John also provided links to several web resources and references to books that greatly complement the training material covered during the course. Great job by John!!
