I have delt with AIMs for over 10 years. I have always been treated very good. I have on the phone with Angel for several hours the last two days. He has gone far beyond helping me. He is an amazing person. Thank you for you standing by me until we figured out a long time problem. Will recommend your product and support services. Thank you Bill Myers

On June 10, 2026 I purchased Aimes Portable Solar Generator 4.1 KWH 30 AMP with an output lithium battery with Solar & Grid inputs. The unit showed shipped on June 22,2026. We received July 22, 2026. If we use the invoice date and by the time we received the equipment the 30 day window has passed for full refund. Based on that scenario we are still with in the 30 day notice of full refund.
