We recently started migrating from our AT&T MPLS solution to an SD-WAN solution with Airespring and we are very satisfied! The people at Airespring are very competent, easy to get hold of and service minded. The SD-WAN service itself works flawlessly!

We have only been with AireSpring for a short time but so far they have the best customer service of any phone and internet company we have done business with. Had a problem one night at about 11PM. Customer support found the issue in less than 30 minutes and had everything back up and running and our phones transferred to our service within an hour.

Overall service is very good and downtime has been nearly nonexistent compared to others I have used. My only complaint is when turning up the speed it is a very cumbersome task.

Upgrading circuits can be very involved because we must adhere to the processes of the underlying carrier which can complicate the installation. However, we work closely with carriers on behalf of our customers to mitigate delays and streamline the process whenever possible. This is one reason why many people prefer to work with AireSpring rather than directly with the underlying carrier.
