I bought a $1300 gun and had issues within the fourth shot. I called and got someone on the phone and it was the worst experience of my life. He proceeded to tell me that I must have dry fired the gun and then told me that the ammo I was using doesn’t exist which I bought from AEA. When asked to speak to someone else, he told me he was someone else and that was all I was going to get and that is all I got out of them

Unfortunately, this customer had a bad experience. When the customer reached out to us we have a series of questions that we ask to try and troubleshoot the situation. This helps us gather necessary information for our technicians so they have a snapshot of the potential issue. When the customer advised of using AEA slugs we assumed they might have been something else since AEA hasn't shipped any Big Bore slugs to the USA in over 9 months. This lead us to believe that perhaps he was mistaken on the ammo, the reality is he purchased the ammo from a vendor that had some old stock of inventory and indeed it was AEA ammo. The customer was asked about PSI reading on the gun and and fill pressure prior and after the shorts where fired, etc. The customer didn't want to answer our questions and began to get disgruntle and argumentative as well as disrespectful. The customer was advised to speak to us respectfully the customer got upset and hung up the phone and resorted to writing a bad review. Unfortunately we understand we can't please everyone no matter how hard you try, Again we are sorry about the experience however we can't do our job if you don't allow us to. Sincerely, Customer Support
