Ordered extra batteries for my Action cam, Brave 8 lite. Site is reported as scam in scamadvisor, but that is false positive, since everything went as excepted. I received my batteries in timely manner and they were exactly what I ordered. Only problem was tracking code they sent, that did not work.

I ordered a camera on 5/21. My order status was updated to shipped on 5/22. The tracking number I received still shows "Your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier." I've been scammed.

I bought an Akaso EK7000 pro action camera for documenting the state of coral reefs after my GoPro 7 failed because of a design fault. The touch screen made the Akaso EK7000 pro very easy to setup for underwater, to compensate for the loss of blue colour. I was very satisfied with the excellent recordings. Then after a few months the camera started turning off spontaneously. I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful and friendly. After trying resets etc. to no effect CS offered to replace the camera for free. All in all a very satisfying experience. In case you read Spanish.

Delivery was very slow and confusing and I was about to think that I got scammed, but in the end I've received it. Customer service is responsive.
