save yourself some headach and shop somewhere else, I have placed an order on February which I still don't have it and no refund yet.

Truly awful experience. Still haven't received the equipment we paid thousands of dollars for, and the customer service is disgusting. I would gladly post screenshots of the emails and texts from these unprofessional creeps. Will never use them again, OR buy from the manufacturer, Somerset, that co-signs their BS. I have an AG complaint working through the system now.

Please do not order from abestkitchen I order 5 months ago.. they didn’t send me order.. I requested to refund my money 4 months ago. They promised to refund my money but they didn’t. Customer service is poor. They don't care for your order and Your money . Please don’t order Please don’t trust abestkitchen

Not recommended! Ordered at ABestKitchen through International Checkout! December 27th 2019 a limited edition Château Laguiole Sommelier Faure-Brae Corkscrew. Slightly slow delivery, but on January 16th I receive my package, which unfortunately contains the wrong item (Standard Château Laguiole). I contact them regarding the problem, they say they will return. Now, on March 27th, I still haven't heard back, and it's not because I haven't tried. So ended up paying double the price for an item I can buy anywhere. I'm not a fan.
