Akool IncReviews of akool.com

I genuinely enjoy using Akool—the interface is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Even as a beginner, it’s so easy to navigate that you just want to keep exploring and creating. What really stood out to me, though, is their customer support. The team is very accommodating, responsive, and quick to assist whenever needed. It makes the whole experience even more smooth and reassuring. Overall, it’s a tool that not only works well but also makes you feel supported while using it. 💜

I recently started creating ai content and I tried so many tools like higgsfield, openart, etc and I found akool ai very easy to use even though I need to purchase credits frequently for better quality videos but I found mostly popular tools in this platform and I am planning to buy a membership subscription, so I request any experienced user to suggest me one best deal, thanks in advance.

I have been using seedance 2.0 which output really fast and its freaking usefull, Ai prompt help and all, akool is really awesome for me. They have all the model you need and pricing is fair. Do check the site. Support is also good.

I am trying to do a video character swap. When I click on "Generate," it keeps popping up an upgrade screen. I am already a pro user with over 500 credits available. There is nowhere to contact customer service. I sent an email a few hours ago, but have not heard back. Right now, if you need something dependable, Akool is NOT it! So I got an essentially immediate response from Akool after posting a 1 star on Trustpilot, but STILL no reply from emailing their info akool email address in over 36 hours. I guess this shows what they care about. Hopefully their customer-diservice gets the issue fixed soon. I signed up with them because they have a decent product, WHEN I CAN ACTUALLY USE IT.

I had an a billing issue with Akool & reached out to the Akool support team on email on a Sunday. To their credit they worked on this on a Sunday and reverted the transaction immediately. Credit should be given where it is due, thanks for the prompt action team. I would also request the Akool team to look at the subscription workflows and ensure that all Pop ups for upgrading the subscription are clear in their verbiage.

Recently I've suggested to use akool ai. I found it useful. I'm excited to use further. I want to create short videos for reference videos for my students. For better understanding of topics. I found it helpful and very useful. I wish you introduce more tools.

It works as expected, consistent AI avatars, streamlined alot of workflows with it

I’m an AI creator and searched for the best AI platform to create content. Akool is the best place because it has all AI tools in one place. I created many AI avatars, AI pictures, AI audios and AI videos so seamlessly. Im impressed by the wide range of premium tools and many creative AI effects and transitions to choose from. The pricing is economical and video quality is great. I really enjoyed it.
