I returned the item I ordered. It was well made, but too heavy for the climate in which I live; the sleeves were too long; and it came with one of those zippers that you can raise from the bottom and lower from the top at the same time. I find this awkward and useless. I have not heard from the company regarding my return, which I believe will be for a store credit only because the item was on sale. I didn't not see this when I purchased the item, but it was clearly spelled out in the delivery package. The item was superbly packed in clearly expensive packing.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars, but I ran into an issue. I ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised at 50% off. Nowhere in the product description or during checkout did it say the item was final sale. When the shoes arrived, they didn’t fit properly, so I emailed customer service asking for a return label (since none was included). Their response: no returns, final sale. I replied explaining that I never would have purchased them if I had known they were non-returnable. They then sent me a paragraph from their website stating that items at 50% off are final sale — but again, this was not listed on the product page or order confirmation. If they had clearly stated “final sale” up front, this whole situation could have been avoided. Transparency matters.

The package was put together and brought up to me in a timely manner. Once I received the package and began to walk around the store to shop a little more no one asked me if I needed help, after walking around a few minutes I just left.

They charge a 5 percent restocking fee on all returns. I find this unreasonable and inconsistent with the rest of the marketplace.

Competitive price on luxury items. Beautiful dress. It would be nice to have at least an exchange option as dress was too small for me. Packaging could be better for such an expensive and delicate dress-not in a plastic shipping bag/box? Delivery was not great… delayed.

I would have given five stars for the fast shipping and communication but the Brunello Cucinelli fit should be in the description (Italian, Traditional, Skinny). It was difficult to ascertain the fit on the waistband from the screen image. They showed up as Skinny. Brunello Cucinelli Skinny fit denim doesn’t work with a muscular lower body in me, but I did order them in size 56 (40) which is two sizes big for me so I had them tailored. Going forward with that brand list the cut in the description for the consumer so they aware of which model they are looking at.

It's so nice to sell good prices and good products. I'm a little dissatisfied with the late delivery.
