I realized I needed a lot of dental work before I could even consider braces/aligners. I emailed the resolutions department and learned it was well past the refund window and called in to explain my situation. The nice man ANDREW I spoke to on the phone did not hesitate, deducted the price for the impression kit and approved a refund for the rest of the amount. Very impressed with their customer service and definitely recommend! They also check in on you periodically throw out!

Andrew was helpful with assisting me with my refund when I found out I wasn’t the best for this service. He understood my urgency and I appreciate it even though I was hard to manage.

I had some concerns because the process seemed to be taking so long. But after contacting the chat on the website (I tried contact through email and phone...to no avail) Alice was able to walk me through the timeframe and where we stand in the process. Alignerco takes a long time, but hoping in the end we will prevail! I'll keep you all updated.
