Placed an order in August of 2023 and I'm still waiting for the product, a refund, or some sort of communication. Total assholes as far as customer service. Took my money years ago, I continue to inquire and get no response. Don't waste your time or money on AliWheels !

Review for Aliwheels I had an absolutely terrible experience with Aliwheels, and it honestly feels like a scam. I purchased a product with a promised delivery time of 15 days, but FIVE MONTHS later, it still has not been delivered. Repeated follow-ups led nowhere—just excuses and empty promises. To make matters worse, when I finally requested a refund, they only returned 75% of what I paid, hiding behind their so-called “policy terms.” How is this acceptable for an undelivered product? This company is completely untrustworthy. Their service is a joke, their policies are unfair, and the entire experience feels like a rip-off. Avoid Aliwheels at all costs!

I ordered a head light assembly August 21, 2024, after 30 days, their rule, I can cancel. At 39 days I cancelled the order. I have requested my refund many times, with no reply from them. Today is Oct 25, 2024, over two months after order, no refund-$250.24- obviously no head light because they falsely advertised they had this item, they had no intention to supply the head light, they want your money and then ignore the customer and their own rules they write. This is a scam website
