Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad our team was able to remain flexible and that your installer arrived promptly, acted professionally, and securely installed the grab bars. We’re sorry that one of the bars was placed slightly higher than ideal. Our team offered to return to your home to make it right by either moving the existing bar and filling the original mounting area or installing an additional bar at your preferred height. Your comfort and safety are very important to us, and we remain happy to help with either option.

I understand your frustration when a much needed lift fails to perform and a loved one is left with less than ideal mobility throughout the home. We take this very seriously with every one of our customers, over 10,000 clients. While I wish we had the staffing and capability to provide 24/7 service or even same day service, it is not possible to effectively or reasonably achieve this for our clients; but is something we often review and discuss. I am happy to talk through your concerns with you at anytime. Frank Wasilewski Access Elevator, Inc. CEO 630-666-5013
