Buying a battery made easy
The person who took my order was helpful at telling everything I needed to know. The shipping took 1 day longer than expected. The battery was only 1.5 months since manufacture and that was good. Several outlets checked prior to Allavionics were out of stock on the item I wanted. First time experience with Allavionics - GOOD.

AV-30c sw version not as described
The purchase process and shipping was smooth, device was in new condition - issue was that both times the product was ordered it did not have latest firmware, even though it was described as having the latest 2.1.4 version. This adds extra work on my end to ugrade the device
