I made it quite clear that the primary reason I chose to go with AllenSchools was due to the assurance that I would have 24/7 technical support. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that couldn't be further from the truth. There are a few good professors but that does not apply to all of them. Before proceeding any further I think I should find our if my privacy will be protected. ... I think perhaps I should refrain from posting any further...

Good morning. Thank you so much for writing this review. We understand that it can be very frustrating to have technical issues when you're in class. Please don't forget that there are other teams available to help you in situations like this such as your Student Services team and Academics Team. We will have someone reach out to you and see what we can do to make your classes go a bit smoother. Thanks.

TThey offer so much support even before you begin your classes. For my class they offered computer classes to help me get familiar with using the computer and blackboard classroom before I ever start class. My student adviser and financial aid person were very helpful. And I talk to someone from the school at least once a week. They check to see how I am progessing on my end. The class times were very convenient for me. I would recommend the Allen School to anyone who wishes to go back to school online. They are a first rate school.

I learned a lot! Everything they taught prepared me for my intenship. I didn't get along with a sub, but overall I had a great experience.

I enjoyed being taught by some of the professors here. I just would've liked more hands on classes and more experience working on different methods. Every time a professor went to show us something items were expired or couldn't be found.

Hello and thank you for writing your review. We know everyone enjoys their hands on classes a lot! We provide our students with a good mix of hands-on and more traditional classes. Our goal is to prepare you for several possible roles in the medical field both front and back office.
