Online help outstanding
My experience so far has been A+. I had an excellent experience using online help. Jesse was great. Waited a month for results and I still…
Waited a month for results and I still haven’t received an email, checked junk mail etc from other reviews I see I am not the only one. Avery has helped me get my results through the live chat option so that’s the only reason for the 3 stars

Cameron was able to help with link to 2nd test and password assigned to the account
Cameron was able to help with all my questions and was amazing! However, I am not happy with why I had to ask the questions. I ordered 2 tests. I filled out the form for 1 and downloaded. I could not get back to the page to do the 2nd and was not able to find it anywhere on the account. I also did not receive an email receipt verifying the purchase. Additionally, the system assigned me a password for the account that I could not change without knowing what it was. I had to ask for it. Cameron provided the link for the 2nd test to download and provided me the password that was assigned to my new account created. He was not able to send me a receipt but he did send me an email with my order details.
