Customer Service was extremely helpful! I have ordered tests before and always satisfied. I had a problem with an incorrect email and was able to fix it quickly through chat.

Rob was very helpful in answering my questions about previous test results. I learned that data/results are only stored for a year due to data protection and that it is recommend to retest as sensitivities can change in 6-12 months. Rob communicated well and was efficient.
