Order placed for an in-stock part has been in the "Processed" status for three weeks but not shipped yet. Last week Customer Service said it would ship at the end of that week -- it did not. Part (DDR5 memory) continues to be listed as "In Stock" on their site.

The website and reps said parts were in stock, I placed the order, they charged my credit card immediately ($13,700) and only partially shipped out the order (5 months later) after threatening to cancel. I'm getting with the credit card company and possibly legal team to fight them on the remaining parts they never shipped. The 5 star reviews are all fake and in broken English, this company is trash.

Check out the reviews on this website and any other for AllHdd. All of the 5 Star reviews are in broken english at best. Some of the reviews refer to the quick payment for the fake reviews. The only real reviews are the 1 Star Trust Pilot, Reseller Ratings etc., only care about the monthly fees they collect.
