Great new agent orientation class! However, responsiveness has always been a problem with Alliance. Some calls go unreturned.

The best IMO in the Business.I recently had the pleasure of training with Alliance group and I can't recommend them highly enough. Their team of trainers is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly engaging. The training sessions were well-structured, interactive, and tailored to our specific needs, making the learning experience both enjoyable and effective. The resources provided were top-notch, im definitely here to stay.
