Satisfactory experience overall. I had no issues. They did everything they possibly could to reach my reference. When they couldn't, they reached out to me and to the HR department. They wanted to be as helpful as possible. Their detailed report was extremely helpful and easy to understand. Everything was professional and confidential.

Really appreciate that a professional reference check is possible. I had a job whereby my work and performance was strong but a company take over left me with a brutal ending to my time and position there. This left me with the question as to whether or not I was getting a fair and honest reference. This process was easy to sign up for, complete and I found the cost to be reasonable. I was satisfied with the report completion time and liked that I got a copy of the questions and answers for my records. I would recommend this service to others and use it again but hopefully I don't have to, and all is well.

They were very professional and helpful. When one of my references was not returning their call they kept me in the loop and worked with me. I highly recommend them.

I initially reviewed this company as not being impressed with their services. However, Allison & Taylor have now impressed me. They performed the reference check on my former employer as advertised and have been extremely helpful and patient with my case, as well as thorough in both their reference check and in my personal background check to ensure that my former employer was not bad-mouthing me and that my background was clear of any mistakes. A very special thank you to Alex and Jeff for really going the extra mile! I cannot thank you enough. I still do not have an answer as to what is happening with my current employment situation, but thanks to Allison & Taylor, I have at least 2 things that I can cross off my list (a former employer, and proof of a clear background). I still have a lot of leg-work to do to solve this issue, but I would like to thank Allison & Taylor for taking those initial first steps with me. Personally, I would recommend that everyone use the services of checking former employers whether there is an issue or not, simply to let ALL employers know that they are not any kind of authority and that we are all on EQUAL footing. This would put an end to workplace bullying/violence/bad-mouthing because, without employees, they have nothing. They must be reminded of this.
