Order has not shipped 3 days after ordering

We’re happy to confirm that your order was processed the same day it was received and tracking information was provided by email. Orders placed late in the week can sometimes experience slower carrier updates due to the weekend schedule. Our goal at All Security Equipment is always to ship orders quickly and keep customers informed throughout the process. We appreciate your business and your feedback.

I placed the order, you charged my credit card. 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing. i called All security Equipment, after a 20 minute conversation about my order. I was told some one would get back to me in 10-15 minutes. 5 hrs later I received a text saying that there was "an issue with the order" and it would be processed soon. I then called back to find out what the :issue with my order was". And I have heard nothing, and was not able to get a straight answer!
