We appreciate your review! Since your order came in on November 26th while we were closed for the holidays, it was processed first thing on December 1st when we returned. It’s now set to arrive on the 3rd as confirmed, thank you for your patience and for choosing All Security Equipment!

I wish I could give a zero instead of a 1. Ordered a set of hinges and a month later and still nothing. Emails to customer support = no response. Now I’m stuck ordering from another company and trying to get my money back. This whole fiasco has set my project back a month. I was considering ordering gate openers from this company - no way I’m going to spend 5k with a company that can manage to ship gate hinges. What a waste.

Thank you for your feedback. The delay occurred due to a revised ETA from the manufacturer, and we shared those updates as they came in. We’re sorry this disrupted your project and are working to complete your refund.

I tried to return the item and no one responded to my email. Ended up eating $200 in hinges that were mis represented
