My order was sent to Florida instead of My home. I called and the took care of it right away. My gate controls arrived soon after that, just in time for install. I ordered more products and they arrived fast. Highly recommend.

I was told the part shipped and I should have received and email with tracking. When I searched my email and couldn’t find any tracking. I emailed back. This time I was told the order was prepped for shipment but hadn’t shipped. Seems like the order I desperately need was just hanging in the warehouse. An increase of communication and shipping speed could be improved. I could have used Amazon and already had the part.
