Al's Taping Tools & Spray EquipmentReviews of alstapingtools.com

Messed up on blades I called the day I orderd n told them I made a mistake they said they would take care of it but failed 2 do so

Ordered stilts that were supposed to be in stock, got email confirmation on my order and the next day received another email saying my order had shipped along with a tracking number. Several days later I checked the tracking number and Fed Ex had no information so I emailed Al’s and got no response. After a couple of emails and a couple of phone calls I was told that they were on back order. Customer service wasn’t helpful and couldn’t give me any answers! I finally had to cancel the order and purchase from another vendor, I would recommend doing the same!

Seeing the "Free Delivery" at the top of a list of subsequent additional charges made me somewhat paranoid of the "free" listing. Fortunately for me, I was not in dire straights and was capable of waiting for the tool for 10 days if it took that long. Three (3) business days later the tool arrived!!!!

Al’s tools has done a great job for me. I’ve made multiple large orders. Orders have been filled accurately & promptly. Thank you
