The box for the power supply works great! Little hangers in there and on the side down from the print, but not a deal breaker. It will do just as I need it to do. Thanks!

Kris is very responsive to emails when you have an issue with your order. I placed one order and didn’t get it after a week of waiting. Sent him an email and got a response the next morning replacing my order and received it two days later in the mail. I proceeded to place another order for a miner after receiving my first package, product was shipped out the same day and received to days later on the east coast. Would highly recommend purchasing from this company to anyone!

Kris and the whole team at Altair make an amazing product and are very responsive to any issues I have. I had to update my Mailing Address after my order had been completed, and Kris was on it within minutes. My product looks beautiful and is a great addition to my home. I purchased a BitChimney which I use to heat my basement, and it is fashionable while also warming a roughly 1000 daft space without being burdensomely loud. My wife and I can comfortably watch TV next to it. Extremely pleased with their service and I’ll certainly be a repeat customer!

Thank you so much for the great Review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear that our team was able to jump in quickly and make the address update seamless, that level of responsiveness is something we take seriously. We’re also thrilled that you’re enjoying the BitChimney. Hearing that it’s both heating your space effectively and fitting comfortably into your home (and passing the wife approval test 😉) is exactly what we love to see. Thank you for trusting Altair Technology and for your support. We’re grateful to have you as part of the community and look forward to working with you again!
