I have been receiving ~30 phishing emails per day sent through Amazonses. I understand it may not be someone working with Amazon, but it has been weeks and the same email addresses have not been removed. There is a lack of urgency for fraud and this client has open loopholes that are being exploited.

Complete waste of time. We spent over a week going back and forth with Amazon SES, providing detailed information about our business, sending practices, opt-in process, customer base, and email history. We’ve been in business for around 10 years, send legitimate emails to customers and subscribers, and have strong engagement, including open rates around 35%. Despite supplying everything they asked for, Amazon SES refused to move us out of the sandbox and gave no clear, specific explanation for the decision. The responses remained vague and generic throughout the process, so there was no meaningful way to understand what the issue was or address it. The most frustrating part was the amount of time they allowed us to invest in the process while continuing to request detailed information, only to ultimately reject the account without transparent reasoning. For an AWS service, the process felt surprisingly unprofessional and poorly handled. If you are considering SES for an established email operation, be aware that you may spend significant time providing documentation and still receive an unexplained rejection. I would not recommend investing the time unless Amazon improves the transparency of its review process.

No advantage except cheapness..Reputation metrics makes no sense at all..Although I complied with it, it still needs to be reviewed..

Amazon is getting hacked by Amazonses.com so make sure you check who the real sender of your messages are from...Amazonses is using Amazon.com to steal your bank information

Countless spam emails impossible to unsubscribe from years now.

As said VITA MEDIA sold me a clearly used not working product..even though it should have been a new unused camping shower pump! I mean aside from the clear signs of being used in dirt or something it looks like it would have been nice to have used if it had worked at all! It comes with a pump, hose and shower plus sprayer. The color is nice to but again after a whole day of charging and reading everything I can it still does not work and was a used not new item as clammed by the seller. I did not even know ANY of this until I tried to use it and yes I read the booklet thing that came with it and knew it should be charged and in water when used..it has dirt in it..I really don't know why that would be in a new unused item..unless someone sent theirs back and I was unlucky enough to get it from this scammy seller that counted on no one checking it until it's to late.. We're a military family and we get so little time together and camping is one of the things my family like to do but we kind of like getting clean at the end of the day..I thought a shower would be nice to have but I guess it'll be the old bucket and cup set up again ty VITA MEDIA u cheated a military family out of their money! Amazon did not want this review posted b/c I say which seller sold me the item and so I had to change things up and let Amazon buyers know where they could find out the scammy sellers name!..it's kind of funny how Amazon does very little to stop their sellers from lying about products conditions or stopping them from lying all together!..or for letting Amazon sellers stalk their buyers when they don't like that said buyer told the truth about them..but I've already covered that in another review. ^_~ I'm sorry I know this comes off as a rant but it was just so troubling that someone would sell a not as advertised aka not working item and Amazon would turn a blind eye to it. -_-'

Amazon SES is almost perfect. I have very positive experiences. Sure, they have to work on some improvements. I use them as SMTP server for sending newsletter. All good.
