The product is very good quality
The product is reliable and is received quickly after the order is received. The only reason they do not receive 5 stars is that I had to open a Chime account.

Overall I have had nothing but great…
Overall I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. I do tend to wait for the sales or free shipping though. The only reason why I give four stars instead of five is because whenever I do have to pay shipping it is a little bit steep. I ship things all day everyday as an avid social media and online salesperson. I know it definitely does not cost that much to pack and ship the tiny vial that I buy. Other than that the product itself is fantastic. Just watch for sales and free shipping offers to save money.

Hi Shannon! Glad to hear that you’re having a great experience. I just wanted to offer some information about our shipping cost. FedEx express is a two day expedited shipping service coupled with our fulfillment center cost on a per order. were happy to giveaway free shipping coupon every few orders. Just wanted to shed some light on why that may seem different from retail or something else since we are offering a two day service. You can earn 5x points with each order and also are able to receive Gateway discounts by not using credit card and using any other option. If you have any questions on anything else that is available to reach out to us! Thanks for all your support! We appreciate the feedback and have taken note of your concern
