To give this company one star is too much. Please do not use them. They are big scammers. Give you one quote and inflate it immensely on the day of the move. The rudest and worst customer service. They will not tell you where your stuff is and won’t tell you when it will be delivered. Please do not use this company. Dennis is the biggest scammer along with Jen

American Dream Relocation made my move effortless from start to finish. The communication was excellent. I always knew where things stood, and the movers handled everything with care. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. I’d highly recommend them to anyone planning a long-distance move.

I was low balled on my inital quote, then called 2 days prior to move and the quote doubled, then another $2500 in fees were added to that. This company is a huge scam. Do not trust them

Thank you for your feedback, We would love to further explain why your price increased and looks like we have in customer service a few times. Unfortunately, when adding items, it will increase the need of cubic feet which will increase the cost, this is something we are very upfront about in our contact and why we have the customer sign the inventory list when originally booking. You were given an estimate based on the information we were provided during the time of pick up if things had stayed the same (which was an option) the price would have too, unfortunately the information provided to us at the time of booking had not been accurate. I apologize that we could not come to an agreement on this matter but hope this will help you better explain why your price increased.

I would give zero stars if I could! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They should be called American Dream Scammers. Once I scheduled my move, I paid a deposit and then couldn't get a hold of anyone!

SCAMERS! This company does not provide any services. They are a broker and they will send a moving company that is just as in competent as they are. They are next to impossible to contact and you will get saddled with twice the cost that they will quote you. I will be filling a fraud report on this company as well as the "movers" that were sent to my home.

SCAMMERS! To give this one star is generous. This company is a complete SCAM. They tell you they will help you get a move set up for a very good price. When the movers come, the price increases astronomically and suddenly American Dream Relocation vanishes. They don't take your calls or reply to messages. You are suddenly stuck with fees. Also, while my movers were nice, they damaged my property and I've received no follow up. This company is an absolute scam that should be shut down and reported.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They ignore you as soon as they get your down payment fee. I tried to cancel multiple times leading up to my move date and they ignored each attempt until I contacted my bank. We never even used their services after digging up exactly how this company operates. We were told by Fred or Frank, whatever his name was that he would be involved every step of the way and as soon as I tried to cancel and send an email literally a day or two after booking- never heard from the company, not one reply. Again I would not use this company as a first or any choice. They will ignore you and keep your down payment, while acting as if you never sent an email even with proof.

Lies upon lies. Lies about cost. Lies about when your things will be delivered. Learn from my mistake. DO NOT use this company. Update. One month later, my family still does not have our belongings. At this point we feel like victims of theft. Learn from my mistake. Do not use this company.
