The first draft of my manuscript needed more revisions than I originally anticipated, which made the process take longer than planned. That said, the team remained patient and continued refining the content until everything aligned with my vision. The final published version looked polished and professional, especially the interior formatting and eBook conversion.

I published a book with this company
I published a book with this company. They do not respond to email when you write them. They respond when they want to. They wrote me on email and then later said they did respond several times but it went to my spam. That's not possible. Once you write each other it does not go into spam. They charged me 2800 to do my marketing and they never did any work. I asked them in email for their attorney's number and I never got that response either. I sent them my manuscript in November and they published at the end of February. Today is mid-May and no marketing. It sure was easy to take my money though.. Make sure you read reviews before trusting a company. They started off friendly and helpful and quickly started overpromising & underdelivering, then never responding. Go through a different company and make sure you ask for a full breakdown of the total expected costs with deadline expectations before committing to them.

An incredibly frustrating process
An incredibly frustrating process. Even the simplest instructions were misunderstood and not followed. Countless delays and errors. Even the name of the book was not spelled correctly. In the end, the book bore little resemblance to what I wanted.

Unethical
Someone contacted me about a review posted under my name on the US Trustpilot website. I can confirm that this “verified” review was not written by me. It appears to be a fake, likely used by the company to inflate their ratings.
To be clear, I, Jemma Roedel, have never used this company and have no experience with them beyond discovering they used my name for a 5-star review. I have never been a customer and never will be.

Shady, Underhanded, Invasive Liars
I created a post on Facebook, not on my author page, not on my book page but on my personal page asking my friends if any of them would be interested in editing my latest book in exchange for a free paperback copy. I did not contact this company, tag them in the post, I don't follow them on social media, and I have never had any dealing with them before. Out of the blue I get an email to my WORK email address, not the email address associated with my books, my author profiles, my website, or even my Facebook account but my WORK email address offering editing services for my book (for a fee of course). I immediately responded and asked "How did you get this email address?" The company then replied back claiming that they got the email address FROM THE FACEBOOK POST which was clearly a lie. I replied back and called them out on that and pointed out that the email address wasn't associated with my Facebook or my books in any way. Even the name on my work email address (which is my maiden name) is different from the name on my Facebook page (my married name) and the name on my books (my pen name). Only after calling them on this they admitted that they'd skip-traced my information to send UNSOLICITED CONTACT to an email address that is in no way associated with my books. THEN had the audacity to send a follow up again today asking me if I had any "updates" for them. This is NOT how you run a business. It's shady, underhanded, and completely invasive.
*****Update: Since leaving this review, the company has continued contacting me multiple additional times at two different email addresses over the course of the last 25 days, despite my explicit written requests telling them to stop contacting me and advising them that any continuing communication would be sent to the Nevada Attorney General’s Office.
Additionally, I have email records showing that two different representatives of this company have since asked me to remove this review, and when I didn’t respond (the last time I responded directly to anyone from this company was on 10/15/25 telling them to stop) the company submitted a challenge to Trustpilot claiming that they “could not verify the review” — even though they had already emailed me about deleting it.
I have provided this correspondence to Trustpilot as evidence.
I will still not be responding further to the company. Any future contact will be forwarded to the BBB and Nevada State Attorney General, as previously stated.

Hi Lynsee,
We’re truly sorry that our outreach made you feel unsafe. Please know we take this matter very seriously and have already addressed it internally with our team.
It appears that your email address was listed on a publicly available source, which is how it was obtained. That said, we completely understand your concern and respect your privacy. Had we known it made you uncomfortable, we would have immediately stopped any further communication. You could have mentioned right there and then too.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we wish you all the best with your writing projects.
