Denied and didn't give any reason
Denied and didn't give any reason. On top of that they don't want to refund the "evaluation fee" for which no feedback or reason is given. They upsell you through the whole process and its just a colossal waste EDIT: Answer to the response. I told you over email. Nobody answers your customer service line. No mention of nonrefundable fee before purchase. American Service Pets is a sham.

Totally incompetent group of people…
Totally incompetent group of people that answer phones. I have been waiting since Nov 16th for a form to be completed for the apartment complex I planned to move to. I paid the addtl $25, filled out their forms. Each day this week told its coming. I get it tonight and its the original form that I could not use from Nov 16th!!!!!!!!!!

The letter I received identifying my…
The letter I received identifying my cat as an emotional support animal was not accepted by the Pet Screening company that my apartment uses. The letter was so general, even using “they/them” pronouns (which I find offensive!). The letter template was easily identified by the screening service as an unacceptable online purchase that did not reflect a bona fide doctor visit, and was therefore rejected.

American Service Pets
Not happy with how with American service pets apartment landlords won’t except that kind of ESA certification. We were unaware there was a scam, but no apartment will except a paid esa certification from a website like American service pets. We are unable to get our money back since we technically payed for a service we received but still unfortunate that they apartments don’t except it. If you are trying to get esa certified take my advice, got to your pcp, or a therapist or psychiatrist anyone you see as a doctor can write you a letter if you ask them to, saying you need your animals for a medical reason as long it’s a valid reason and the majority of the time your doctor will be happy to write one. Also American service pets will block out anything they don’t like that you said about their company in comments like this one. It’s a legit company but if your in apartment they refuse to except it from this payed site
