Ameri Freight quote was $550 then changed it to $800. Deposit was $345 instead of $250. Then when my car arrived my plants were dead and the entire inside of my car is full of dust and dirt. The window must have been down the entire trip. I have shipped my car before with another company but I will not use this company again. Then on top of that everyone else was calling me everyday but my dispatcher from Ameri freight I the customer had to keep calling her. She only called me once to sign the agreement. Just crazy. Next time I will go with another company that wants to ship my car.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that the communication during your shipment didn’t meet your expectations, as staying in regular contact is something we take seriously. You should not have had to do the follow-up yourself, and we understand how that added frustration to your experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be reviewing it with our team.
