Ordered a custom lift for my business in March that was supposed to ship in 6 weeks. In August after being strung along with and endless list of excuses and non communication, I had to pull the plug. I prepaid for it, so getting a refund was like pulling teeth. I couldn't open my business without the lift and was bleeding cash daily after Covid restrictions were lifted. Ameriglide didn't care at all that they put me to the brink of bankruptcy. Nick Stelmach and Tim Worley are two of the most incompetent people I have ever worked with in my career. Steer clear of this company!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Don't purchase from this company. I Ordered 3 elevator baffles on 8/6/2021. They immediately charged my credit card and now a month later nothing has shipped. No one returns customer service phone messages. Emails were first answered saying they would look into why their distributor didn't ship. Turns out the distributor is a sister company. Product never shipped and requests for cancelation of order and refund have not been responded to. Save yourself the aggravation and don't buy from this company

We purchased a RAVE 2 stairlift from the very professional and informative Mr. Kelly Clevenger and successfully installed it ourselves – including an optional automatic flip-down arm accessory. Some feedback (in no order): 1. RAVE 2 is built like a tank. Heavy-duty. We were impressed by the quality…everything fit well together, and nothing seemed too fragile/breakable. 2. The installation video was a big help. We did not really need to consult the installation manual (though we did use it to confirm a few details). However, 3. While the flip-down arm is very cleverly designed, we’d recommend that Ameriglide make a separate installation video that includes the flip-down arm. Documentation is minimal there. We figured it out ok, but it would have saved time if there was a similar video that included the arm. We also believe those who are not at least somewhat mechanically inclined will get frustrated trying to install a unit with a flip-down arm & should hire an installer instead. 4. As skinny as our particular staircase was, the chair folds up well enough to provide ample room to get past it. More space than I anticipated. 5. IR remotes work well too. So far we’re very pleased with this Ameriglide product. One can see the value built into it. FAR more importantly, tonight my dad is finally sleeping in his own bed again after 2 months. Nicely done!

DO NOT BUY PURCHASE A PRIDE LIFT CHAIR FROM anywhere especially Ameriglide! Very poor product! We have a broken Vivalift chair that will not get repaired for several more weeks! Ameriglide will not assist you once you make a purchase! Buy local! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TIMOTHY WORLEY - he will tell you anything to get the sale!

My family bought me a Vivalift Recliner, on April 26, 2021 from Tim Worley. It's broken already and everyone very unresponsive! You are given a number Pride (Vivalift company) and they wash their hand of you. Super nice when making a sale, then they disappear. Buy local DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE. Pride even said we could have had a repair the technician the same day if I purchased locally...now we have to wait 2-5 days for a technician to even contact us...meanwhile, my daughter purchased a used chair from facebook marketplace so I’m not laying in a bed for 7 days waiting for someone to make us a priority. I am 73 years old and have MS. Please do not buy from them.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY! My 98 year old mother purchased a Golden Buzz-A-Round LT scooter from Ameriglide. After use, the batteries needed to be replaced. I called our local Ameriglide merchant and placed the order for the 2 batteries. I received a call from the company the next day because they had recorded the credit card information incorrectly. I gave them the correct information and my card was charged $173.75 the next day. After waiting 4 weeks for the batteries to be delivered, I called the store to check on the order. No one would return my repeated calls. I then went to the store and was told that the order was never processed and that it was finally ordered - 43 DAYS AFTER I WAS CHARGED! (They obviously had gotten my voicemails but never had the courtesy to call me back and let me know about their mistake.) I then told them, due to their oversight, I expected them to re-order the batteries and have them expedited to me at their cost. They told me they'd see what they could do. 4 days later, I received an email copy from the store to Golden Technologies inquiring about the status of the order. 4 days later, having heard NOTHING about the order, I called Ameriglide Corporate and told them to CANCEL the order and refund me the money. They said they would check on the order. Today, 6 days after my communication with corporate headquarters and hearing NOTHING from them, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and have the money refunded. We'll see what happens. Oh, and by the way, if you need batteries go to Batteries Plus - they had the batteries for the scooter, they installed them for me and it was considerably cheaper than Ameriglide!!

I would like to thank you folks for the great service provided by Kelly Clevenger when we purchased our chairlift. He walked us through the measuring process and then the shipment tracking and delivery. The installer, Maxx Edogawa, too, was outstanding and did an excellent job, not only with the installation, but by explaining the proper use of the chair. My husband and I are both in our eighties and we are absolutely thrilled with the end results. You can be assured we will recommend Kelly and Maxx to our friends. We would like you to please extend our thanks and appreciation to these two fine employees. We hope you recognize how rare and special they are in these current times. Thank you. Glenna M., Texas
